Can I send a document for someone else to sign?
Not yet. Today everyone signs on the device where the document is open.
Is my PDF uploaded?
Not to prepare it or sign it; that happens in your browser.
Is a signature made here legally binding?
That depends on where you are and what you're signing. FySign records the session in an audit trail; it doesn't verify who anyone is.
