Every setting below is one the studio really has.

Blackout when it matters
A solid block leaves nothing to read. Blur and mosaic keep the shape, which is fine for faces and backgrounds, less so for short text.

Burned in
The export is a flat image; the hidden pixels aren't underneath.

AI suggestions you approve
Redact PII proposes regions — mosaic by default — and you accept or drop each one. It sends the screenshot to FyAI and counts against your allowance.

Your original is untouched
Redaction happens in the export; the file you pasted isn't changed.

Can someone undo a blur?
Strong blur and mosaic are hard to reverse, but blackout is the safe choice for text.
Is the screenshot uploaded?
