Limits are a flag, not a cap
A category over its limit is shown, not cut. The limits are a guide for the tax-free part; your policy decides what you pay.

Can I add my own categories?
Not in the ledger — it has the five common ones. For anything else, add a row to the payslip directly.
Is it free?
Yes — no account, no per-employee fee, no mark on the PDF.
Is my payroll uploaded?
Not to make a payslip, run a calculator or write a letter — that happens in your browser, and the library stays there. Cloud Pro syncs your saved employees and settings to your account, the AI reads what you paste, and a Form 16 batch runs on a server.
