FyPayrun · Payslips
Everyone's payslips, from one CSV.
Download the template, fill in a row per employee — earnings, deductions and contributions in their own columns — and upload it. Every payslip comes out in one zip of PDFs, and can go into the library. Cloud Pro.

- Template
- A CSV with the identity columns, then a column per row
- Your own columns
- earn:Basic, deduct:PF, contrib:Employer PF — add any you need
- Checks
- Name and period required; amounts must be numbers (1,200.50 is fine)
- Errors
- Listed by row — fix those, keep the rest
- Output
- One zip of PDFs; the slips into the library (it keeps 50)
Good to know
What it does, and what it doesn't.
01
Runs in your browser
The CSV is read and the PDFs are made on your machine. Cloud Pro unlocks it; it doesn't send the payroll to a server.
02
Columns you can add
Prefix a header with earn:, deduct: or contrib: and it becomes a row on every slip — no waiting for us to add a field.
03
Bad rows don't sink the batch
Each row is checked on its own. The ones with a missing name, period or a non-number are listed; the rest go through.
04
India's flags, row by row
Each slip is also checked for a missing PAN or bank account, a PF wage over ₹15,000 without the ceiling elected, lost bonus eligibility, and claims over their limits.
05
Then the month's files
Once the slips are in the library, the register, the ECR, the ESIC statement and Form 24Q are made from them. The library keeps the latest 50 slips.

Questions
Asked and answered.
Does it work out the tax and PF for me?
No — the CSV carries the amounts. Use the calculators to work them out, then put them in the sheet.
Excel?
Save your sheet as CSV first. The template is CSV so it opens anywhere.
Is it free?
No — it's part of Cloud Pro. One payslip at a time, the calculators, the letters and one employee's Form 16 are free.
Is my payroll uploaded?
Not to make a payslip, run a calculator or write a letter — that happens in your browser, and the library stays there. Cloud Pro syncs your saved employees and settings to your account, the AI reads what you paste, and a Form 16 batch runs on a server.
