How to
Three steps, and the fields.
Every field below is one the studio really has.
- 1Save the period's payslips to the library
- 2Open Compliance and pick ECR, ESIC or 24Q, then the period
- 3Fill in the UANs or IP numbers it asks for, and download
Settings · 3
- ECR
- A month; UAN for each employee; EPF and EPS remitted. The portal's .txt, and a .csv to read
- ESIC
- A month; days worked, IP numbers; who's covered, who's over ₹21,000. The portal's CSV, and a PDF
- Form 24Q
- A quarter and a year; deductees, amount paid, TDS. Annexure I, and Annexure II in Q4. A PDF
Good to know
What it does, and what it doesn't.
01
ECR ready to upload
The .txt uses EPFO's own separators (#~#), ready for the unified portal. The .csv alongside it has headers, for checking.
02
24Q is a working statement
It lays out Annexure I and II as Form 24Q does, to file from. It isn't the FVU file the TIN system takes — prepare that with the department's utility.
03
UANs aren't kept
The UANs and IP numbers you type are used for that file. They aren't saved, so you enter them again next month.
04
What it warns about
Each panel counts what's missing — employees without a UAN, ESI-covered staff without an IP number — before you download.

Questions
Asked and answered.
Does FyPayrun file it?
No. It makes the file; you upload or file it yourself, on the portal, with your own login.
Form 24Q for the year?
Make it quarter by quarter. Annexure II, the year's salary per employee, comes with Q4.
Is it free?
No — it's part of Cloud Pro. One payslip at a time, the calculators, the letters and one employee's Form 16 are free.
Is my payroll uploaded?
Not to make a payslip, run a calculator or write a letter — that happens in your browser, and the library stays there. Cloud Pro syncs your saved employees and settings to your account, the AI reads what you paste, and a Form 16 batch runs on a server.
